We want you to love your order

At Destination Label we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. Our team spends countless hours behind the scenes perfecting all of our products and we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction.

If you have simply changed your mind, we accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. You can choose either a store credit, in the form of a gift card, or a full refund. This is subject to your product being unused, unopened and in the original condition and packaging that you received it in.

Lodge your return

Our flexible returns policy makes it simple and worry free to return your item.

  1. Notify us of your intention to return the goods via hello@destinationlabel.com and let us know your order number.
  2. Indicate whether you would like a store credit or a refund (original delivery charges are not refundable).
  3. One of our friendly Australian based customer service team members will be in touch to process your return.

Goods are sent back to us at your own cost and risk, so we recommend a registered or trackable postal service. We are not liable for returned goods which are not received.

Return policy

  • Items can be returned for a store credit, in the form of a gift card, or a full refund, within 30 days of delivery. Excludes items marked as final sale.
  • Items must be returned unopened and unused, in original condition with all tags, wrapping and original packaging.
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and free from markings including make up, tanning stains, perfumes or pet hair.
  • We aim to process all returns within 2 business days of receiving your item and will confirm by email once complete.
  • If you believe you have received a faulty or damaged product, contact us with the details and a photo and we will treat it as a priority with a replacement or full refund.
  • If postage was paid on your original order, it is non-refundable on change of mind returns.
  • A maximum of 5 items per order may be returned for change of mind.
  • Gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be refunded for cash.
  • If our returns criteria are not met we reserve the right not to accept the return and/or not offer a refund.
