Shipping within Australia is free on orders over $110. Under $110 it is a flat $9.99, and express is $16.99. International shipping is a flat $90 to anywhere in the world.

Fast. Order by 10pm and it almost always (98% of the time) leaves our Sydney warehouse the next business day. We do not dispatch on weekends, so a Friday evening order heads out on Monday. During Christmas and Black Friday we sometimes pack weekends too, to keep things moving.

Australian orders usually arrive in 2 to 8 business days, or 1 to 3 days with express. International orders usually arrive within a week; allow up to 18 days for remote regions. These are estimates rather than guarantees, and delivery can take a little longer during busy periods.

As soon as your order ships we will email you a confirmation with a tracking link. If a few days have passed and you have not seen it, check your junk folder first, then get in touch with your order number and we will chase it up for you.

Yes, we ship worldwide for a flat $90, with most orders arriving within a week (allow up to 18 days for remote regions). Please note that yoga mats ship within Australia only.

Possibly, depending on your country. Any customs duties, VAT or import taxes are charged by your local customs office and are the customer's responsibility, they are not included in our $90 flat shipping rate. If you are unsure, check your country's import threshold before ordering.

If your order has not shipped yet we can usually update it. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address, and we will do our best to catch it before it leaves the warehouse.

Most of our range. If you are not happy, contact us within 30 days and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund. Items need to be unopened and in their original condition, and return postage is at your cost. Final sale items and gift cards are excluded. See our returns policy for the details.

Easiest way: place a new order for the design you want, then send the original back for a refund within 30 days. That way your new towel is on its way straight away. Return postage is at your cost, and we process the refund the day your return arrives.

Yes. Unlike a conventional looped towel, our fine waffle weave has no raised loops, so there is nowhere for sand to get stuck. Give the towel a shake and it falls straight off. They also dry quickly, feel light, and pack down small.

Much faster than a regular cotton towel. The fine waffle weave is designed to dry quickly, so it is ready for your next swim instead of sitting soggy in your bag.

Our beach towels are a sand free waffle weave, made from 80% recycled polyester (rPET) and 20% polyamide. Our tea towels are made from the same recycled waffle weave fabric, and our tote bags are fully recycled too. Every design is printed edge to edge with original destination photography.

Beach towels are a generous 80cm by 160cm and weigh around 500g, roughly half the weight of a cotton towel that size, so they pack down small in your bag. Tea towels are 40cm by 60cm, tote bags are 46.5cm square, pouches are 26.5cm by 18cm, and notebooks are A5 hardbacks.

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with like colours. Skip the fabric softener, as it coats the fibres and reduces absorbency. Hang to dry or tumble dry on low. Avoid bleach and do not iron the printed side.

They are water resistant rather than waterproof. The inside has a water resistant lining, perfect for wet swimmers, sunscreen or sandy bits, while the recycled outer is not built for a dunking, so keep it out of the pool.

Destination Label started when founder Anthony Glick, a Bondi Beach lifeguard, printed one of his own helicopter photos of Bondi Icebergs on a towel, and beachgoers kept asking where to buy one. Anthony has personally shot the vast majority of our designs, and every single one is a real photograph of a real place, printed with its exact coordinates.
