Terms & extra information
The details, when you need them.
Business days, cutoffs & holidays
All cutoffs use Sydney time. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding NSW public holidays and announced warehouse closures. We do not dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
Same-day: order before 1:30pm on a business day for estimated delivery that day. At or after 1:30pm, or on weekends or public holidays, estimated delivery moves to the next business day.
For example, after Friday’s cutoff or over the weekend, estimated delivery is Monday. If Monday is a public holiday, it is Tuesday, or the next business day after consecutive public holidays.
Standard and Express: order by 10pm for expected dispatch on the next business day. Their delivery estimates start after dispatch.
Same-day products, addresses & postcodes
Only eligible orders and selected Sydney metro street addresses qualify. Orders containing yoga mats or extra large towels are excluded.
No PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, Parcel Collect, locked bags or private bags. Postcode coverage alone does not confirm eligibility. Enter your complete address and check the delivery options for your basket at checkout.
Same-day costs $24.95 including GST. It remains a paid option even when your order qualifies for free Standard shipping.
Signatures, authority to leave & missed deliveries
Signature required: please have someone available to sign unless authority to leave has been confirmed for your shipment. If no one is available, delivery may be delayed beyond the same day. Contact us for help with the next delivery arrangement.
Authority to leave (ATL): this only applies if you expressly authorise unattended delivery and it is confirmed for your shipment. Reading or accepting these terms does not give authority to leave. ATL cannot currently be selected at checkout. An order note alone does not confirm ATL.
If ATL is confirmed, the courier may leave your parcel without a signature in accordance with your authorised instructions. Provide a safe, accessible place protected from weather. Unsafe locations or restricted access can delay delivery beyond the same day.
Unattended delivery carries a risk of theft, loss or weather damage. To the extent permitted by law, Destination Label is not responsible for loss or damage after correct delivery in accordance with your authority-to-leave instructions. This does not exclude responsibility for incorrect delivery or failure to follow those instructions, or limit your Australian Consumer Law rights.
Tracking, address changes & delivery problems
Your shipping confirmation email includes a tracking link.
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your delivery address. A change is not confirmed until we reply and may affect your eligibility and delivery estimate.
Delivery dates are estimates and delays can occur. If delivery cannot be completed safely, the arrival estimate may change. Contact us so we can investigate and help with the next step.
International duties & product restrictions
Customs duties or taxes may be charged on arrival and are the customer’s responsibility. Yoga mats ship within Australia only.
