At Destination Label we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. Our team spends countless hours behind the scenes perfecting all of our products and we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or have simply changed your mind we accept returns within 14 days from receiving your order. You can choose to either receive a store credit, in the form of a gift card or full refund. This is subject to your product being unused, unwrapped and in its original condition and packaging that you received it in.
Lodge Your Return
We are sorry that your purchase wasn't entirely right for you but our flexible returns policy makes it simple and worry free to return or exchange your item.
- Simply notify us of your intention to return the goods via firstname.lastname@example.org and we will issue you a full refund (excluding original delivery charges).
- Please indicate if you would like a store credit or refund and let us know your order number.
- One of our friendly Australian based customer service team members will be in touch with you to process your return.
Please note that the goods are sent to us at your own cost and risk and we therefore recommend you choose a registered or trackable postal service. We are not liable for returned goods which are not received.
- Items can be returned for a store credit, in the form of a gift card or full refund. Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Excludes items marked as final sale.
- Item must be returned in its original condition, unopened, unused with all tags, wrapping and in its original packaging.
- The product must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and free from markings including make up, tanning stains, perfumes or pet hairs.
- We aim to process all returns within 2 business days of receiving your item and will send an email once complete.
- If you believe you have received a faulty or damaged product, please contact us with the details and we will treat this as high priority.
- If postage was paid on your original order and you are making a return then this is non-refundable.
- Only a maximum of 5 items per order may be returned if you change your mind.
- Gift cards are non-returnable, transferable and cannot be refunded for cash.
- If our returns criteria are not met we reserve the right not to accept the return of those products and/or offer a refund.
